I’m back!

Hata I’m not sure for how long I’ve been on a writing break, but it definitely has been a long break. I almost forgot how to use Word press. As a matter of fact, I did forget to manoeuvre the site. And so yeah, this post is to keep you up to date with the shenanigans I’ve been up to.

Discoveries

Reading has been my hobby for the longest time. I have to admit that at some point in life it really wasn’t a hobby; it was more of a daunting task. Once I started writing, this hobby,reading, was slowly re-birthed. You’ll find me reading blogs or newspaper articles and maybe books, once in a blue moon.

So during this MIA period, I came across amazing bloggers that I thought I should share with you on here. I’m sure you’ll be impressed by their work as much as I was 😊.

1. The Magunga is definitely top on this list. I’d subscribed to his blogs a while ago and for some strange reason I always ignored the email notifications. On one boring afternoon, I stumbled on his “Drop pins not hints” and I’m telling you I laughed throughout the read. I love the fact that he’s also a mixologist because this is something I want to venture into, in a few years. Did I mention he’s a photographer and a law graduate? Mahn he’s goals💯! Imagine just go look at his recents pale IG.
2. Lwile the Leo is a blogger I have resonated with. I love how she’s sharing her mum’s walk with cancer. I’m here for the candidness sis! I have to admit that her “Sex and the City” series have been my best reads. Hebu kwanza go read sasa hizi ni nini and then come tell me men are trash because that’s what JD2 suggests.
3. We all know Fashionable Step-mum for being just that;FASHIONABLE! After being her loyal fan for close to two years, I’m ashamed I just discovered that she has a blog. And no, she doesn’t disappoint when it comes to giving fashion tips. As a matter of fact, after reading first date outfit ideas I am so ready for that date meanwhile, let me invest in her sneakers’ suggestions. I love how she is big on self-image. We’ll probably have a discussion on this later.
4. Jackie of Calm Wildness has me amazed by her consistency. This babe posts on a daily basis and at times she’ll even post twice in a day. My favorite read was a story where she was accused of being in an affair with her boy friend.(Please take note of the space). So yeah it was just one of those primary school shenanigans. Kumbe hizi tabia zilikuwa kila mahali 😂. Too bad I can’t retrieve that specific blog but her recent one “Call me Smart” left me thinking of how I’ve always been the calculus girl.Not a single Kevin has crossed my life! She’s the go-to blogger when you need tips to keep your mental health in check, because she shares them on each of her blogs. So kind of her ❤.

11-hour exam

What’s the longest exam paper you’ve sat for? I mean an official exam-not those take-away assignments that you are supposed to hand in after 24 hours. I’m almost sure however long it was, it wasn’t longer than 6 hours. Well, bitch (gender neutral bitch😏) I sat for an 11-hour exam! It was one of those exams you are supposed to generate codes and write ‘beautiful’ articles on the results you get. You know codes can decide to mess you big time. We move regardless!

I thought of having a name for my consistent readers because they keep me on my toes. Coffeeserver_squad was the most ideal name for me. I pray that this community grows to be a brand with positive impact and good vibes. I’m working on an addition to this community and I’ve been wanting to talk about it for a long while, so let me end this blog here before I spill the beans.
