Everything went downhill from when I penned that first paragraph. Anyway, we move, regardless!
I’m prepping for an international trip and so I decided to visit City Hall to get the yellow fever vaccine. Was I not amazed by their efficiency! Given the bad PR government offices get, I was impressed by their warm, quick and reliable service.

On Saturday I was feeling happy and joyous. Emotions I had not had for the previous nine days. I therefore decided to share some thoughts on my WhatsApp status. Tell me why almost 24 hours later is when I realized that I’d mistakenly blocked everyone on my contact list from viewing my statuses 🤣. Sikuwa na nguvu ya kuposti tena so I decided to have them on this post. Find attached 🤭
- This is one week God has held my family and I in His arms. Literally!
- You see Hebrews 10:25? Read it, meditate on it and practice it.
- I am very grateful for friends and acquaintances that are consistent in the good and tough seasons.
Maybe when I fully get over these past two weeks, I’ll expound these thoughts.
In other news, I hear today is ‘Mother Tongue Day’. I need to understand, is this a new holiday? Why am I only hearing of it this year? Ugwe witagwa atia?

Month 3 already?!?
From the frequency of my posts in February, you can tell it was not a so good month for me. So here’s to a brighter month 🥂. One that I am committed to walking my talk and probably working on the one resolution I set for this year 🤭. Just probably 😂.

I finally visited the first mall we have in Meru. Tulikuwa tumebaki wawili watatu hivi hatukuwa tumeenda GreenWood😂. Let me tell you something Maina, that will be a game changer for 012. Can’t wait to be having brunch at CJs, dinner at Fogo Gaucho and later some cocktails at Brew Bistro, all while in Meru. But also, I’d love to see new food joints there; si kila saa KFC.
